李卫军(研究员)

李卫军,博士,博士生导师,中国科学院半导体所研究员,中国科学院大学教授,高速电路与神经网络实验室主任,形象认知计算研究组组长,美国University of Rhode Island访问学者,深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀团队”首席科学家,模式识别与智能系统专家国际高性能大数据暨智能系统会议(HPBD&IS)指导委员会委员,HPBD&IS 2019、 2020国际会议技术委员会共同主席,中国人工智能学会高级会员,中国集成电路知识产权联盟专家委员。

长期从事智能计算、机器学习、图像处理与模式识别、高维数据分析等领域的新理论、新方法与新技术研究。首次提出了单节拍浮点运算的多权值神经元电路设计方法,首次提出了模式识别专用神经计算机系统结构,首次提出了超低数据量人脸图像特征描述方法(48字节)。国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家自然科学基金委专家库专家,北京市科委项目评审专家,深圳市发改委、深圳市科创委项目评审专家,深圳市机器人、可穿戴设备和智能装备产业项目评审专家,《Journal of Control Science and Engineering》、《International Journal of Engineering Science and Technology》、《Analytical Methods》等学术期刊审稿专家;中国仪器仪表学会近红外光谱分会理事。

主要研究方向:

高维复杂问题建模理论与方法,开展智能存储、模式识别、智能芯片与系统、近红外光谱分析等领域的应用基础技术研究与成果产业化工作,在国内外重要学术会议与期刊上发表学术论文70余篇,申请发明专利60余项,实现研究成果转化10余项、产生直接经济效益数亿元。具体的研究内容与成果如下:
(1)开展存储I/O建模、融合计算的智能数据存储处理器芯片(Data-storage Processing Unit,简称DPU)及智能存储技术研究,申请相关发明专利16项,发表相关学术论文近10篇,研究论文“PIPULS: Predicting I/O Patterns Using LSTM in Storage Systems”获得国际会议HPBD&IS 2019最佳论文奖。作为首席科学家联合承担深圳市海外高层次人才“孔雀团队”项目“数据存储处理器(DPU)的研制及产业化”。
(2)开展视觉信息处理与建模理论、方法研究,以及图像与视频处理、模式识别、智慧城市、智能安防等领域的应用技术研究,主持完成国家863计划“智能感知与先进计算”专题项目“基于高维仿生信息学的低数据量面像识别技术”、国家自然科学基金“视听觉信息的认知计算”重大研究计划项目“基于高维形象几何分析方法的仿生人脸图像处理与识别方法研究”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“基于同源连续性原理的人脸老化建模与识别方法研究”等国家级科技项目研究,发表相关学术论文30余篇,申请相关发明专利20余项,主要研究成果以专利转让、许可以及技术开发、联合实验室等形式与深圳威富集团合作开展技术转化工作。
(3)开展近红外光谱定性建模理论、方法与应用技术研究,申请相关发明专利15项,发表相关学术论文20余篇,作为支撑单位负责人承担国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项“光栅型近红外分析仪及其公用模型开发和应用”之任务“ 基于高维形象几何分析的NIR技术研究与软件开发”。
(4)开展半导体器件模型、人工智能芯片与系统等领域的新方法与技术研究,发表相关学术论文近10篇,申请相关发明专利5项,研究论文Computation of resonant frequencies and quality factors of cavities by FDTD technique and Pade approximation, IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 11(5), May, 2001, 223-225单篇sci被引用123次。


研究成果:

(1) 发表科技论文90余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇、EI论文30余篇。

(2) 申请发明专利63项,其中10项获得授权,专利成果转化4项,完成科技成果转化与联合研究项目经费逾千万。

(3) 主持国家级科技项目4项、联合实验室项目2项、成果转化与横向联合研究项目6项;作为骨干人员参与各类科研项目15项。
