李兆峰
时间:2024-01-22李兆峰,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1998年清华大学材料科学与工程系,获学士学位。2002年清华大学材料科学与工程系,获材料物理与化学专业博士学位。2002年至2004年在中科院上海微系统与信息技术研究所从事博士后工作,研究领域为光子晶体。2004年至2006年在中科院半导体所做博士后继续光子晶体的研究。2007年至2013年在土耳其Bilkent大学纳米研究中心(E. Ozbay 组)做博士后,从事光子晶体,超材料,表面等离激元等研究。2014年在美国密苏里科技大学机械与航空工程系(X. Yang 组)做访问学者从事纳米光学,表面等离激元领域的研究。2015年3月加入中科院半导体研究所做研究员,研究领域纳米光子学与光电子学,表面等离激元,微纳激光器,电磁超材料,太赫兹探测器,光学传感器等。在相关领域发表60多篇SCI论文。作为负责人和骨干参与多个项目,如国家重点计划项目,中科院人才项目等。
