个人简历
1980-1984年在北京师范大学物理系学习并获学士学位;1984-1987年在北京师范大学读研究生并获硕士学位。1987年研究生毕业后被分配到中国科学院半导体研究所工作至今,1992-1994年应邀到美国布鲁克海文国家研究所开展合作研究,1997年1月-1997年7月任职于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学。
