杨珏晗

杨珏晗,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

2011年本科毕业于山西大学应用物理专业,2016年硕博连读毕业于中科院半导体所凝聚态物理专业,师从李树深院士。毕业后留所工作。2017-2019年在美国加州大学伯克利分校材料科学与工程系从事博士后研究工作,合作导师为吴军桥教授。现就职于半导体超晶格国家重点实验室。

取得的重要科研成果及所获奖励:

主要研究领域方向:1.低维半导体光电材料与器件;2.氧化物半导体智能传感器件。

长期从事低维半导体的生长及器件相关研究,取得的代表性成果如下:(1)设计并制备新型超宽禁带半导体GaPS44.5eV),实现了日盲紫外区(254nm)直接式偏振探测(Adv. Mater. 2021, 2022);(2)生长可实现紫外至近红外的宽谱响应半导体(ZrGeTe4SbBiS3SnS等),制备了宽谱直接式偏振探测器件(266-1064nm),探索了双波段成像功能演示(Infomat 2021Adv. Sci.2021Small Struct.2022);(3)开发宽禁带低维氧化物湿度传感器非接触控制系统(Small 2019),该成果于2020年被央视CGTN专题报道(https://news.cgtn.com/news/2020-09-19/Tech-It-Out-Future-Sensors-A-new-way-to-talk-to-machine-TUX1VMFfzO/index.html)。
