个人简历
蒋琦,女,研究员,博士生导师。1991年生,2013年本科毕业于湖北大学微电子系;2018年于中国科学院半导体研究所获得博士学位;2018年至2023年先后在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校(UNC)及美国国家可再生能源实验室(NREL)从事博士后研究工作;2022年入选国家海外高层次人才计划;2023年加入中国科学院半导体研究所半导体物理实验室。
主要科研方向:
(1)新型高效稳定太阳能电池;
(2)新型半导体光电材料与器件;
(3)叠层太阳能电池
主要学术成就:
长期从事钙钛矿光电器件研究工作,取得了一系列创新性研究成果:
1)提出采用氧化锡做电子传输层,解决钙钛矿太阳能电池中广泛存在的电滞问题,为准确评估钙钛矿电池效率提供基础;
2)提出有机盐钝化钙钛矿表面缺陷的方法,制备出效率为23.3%的钙钛矿太阳能电池,作为世界纪录被NREL发表的Best Research Cell Efficiencies 表格收录;
3)利用小分子与钙钛矿表面选择性反应,多功能优化钙钛矿与电子传输层界面,研制出效率超过25%且稳定的反型结构钙钛矿电池,刷新反式结构钙钛矿电池效率,推动其向正型靠拢;
4)结合富溴宽带隙钙钛矿快速结晶的特性,采用温和的气淬法改善钙钛矿结晶制备出高电压且具优异稳定性的宽带隙单节电池及全钙钛矿叠层电池;
5)提出并验证了利用室内光照稳定性测试去联结户外钙钛矿电池寿命的可行性,通过改善界面空穴传输层的离子阻挡性能,使器件在50℃-85℃下的室内工作稳定性提升2.8倍(在50℃工作8200小时,85℃工作1000小时,预计保持初始效率的80%),器件在户外老化条件下,22周后能保持初始效率的90%。
近年来,发表学术论文23篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者在Nature(两篇),Science,Nature Photonics,Nature Energy(两篇,其中一篇为共同一作),Nature Reviews Materials, Joule, Advanced Materials(两篇)等期刊上发表论文。其中单篇最高引用超过4000次,全部论文总引用13000余次。
