慈鹏弘,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。
2012年本科毕业于山东大学,2015年硕士毕业于北京大学,2020年博士毕业于加州大学伯克利分校。2021年获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。2024年入职中国科学院半导体研究所。
主要科研方向:
低维半导体光电器件与缺陷性质。
