刘志强,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
中国仿真协会集成仿真专委会委员,十二五国家863“重大项目”项目负责人,十三五国家重点研发计划一期子课题负责人,十三五国家重点研发计划二期课题负责人。获2014年国家技术发明二等奖,2012年北京市科学技术奖一等奖,中国科学院人才项目—青年创新促进会第三批会员,三项科研成果通过中国科学院成果鉴定。
先后于吉林大学、南京大学、中科院半导体所、美国北卡州立大学、挪威科技大学从事科研工作。主要从事宽禁带半导体材料、器件,氮化物光电器件,宽禁带/石墨烯交叉领域,氮化物新型器件及产业应用研究,先后主持和参加国家重点研发计划、自然基金、863项目和院属项目等十余项。多项氮化物材料、器件核心指标为国际同期最好水平。近年来合作培养博士生、硕士生12人,其中6人出国继续深造。
围绕GaN材料外延、新型光电器件及氮化物范德华外延开展研究,成果得到国外内科技媒体及诺贝尔奖得主等知名学者的引用和报道。Adv. Mater.、JACS、APL、OL等国内外杂志发表论文110余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表论文61篇,共申请专利40多项,引用近1000次,受邀撰写英文专著两章节。近年来在可见光定位及智能健康光源等创新产业应用领域取得了重要进展。
