李文昌，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师。

2011年在电子科技大学获得工学博士学位。2011-2013年在北京大学信息科学技术学院从事博士后研究工作。现任中国科学院半导体所研究员、中国科学院大学岗位教授，中国科学院固态光电信息技术创新重点实验室主任。长期从事智能感知与信息处理等高性能集成电路的研究，尤其注重科学研究与产业的结合，在可编程逻辑芯片、音频功率放大器和智能感知及信息处理等领域实现了产业化。 迄今荣获省部级科学技术二等奖2项、三等奖2项，并获得省部级“突出贡献科技工作者”等荣誉。已授权中国发明专利30余项、美国专利1项。

3、特种器件建模和电路建模技术

4、高温、宽温集成电路技术
