阚 强

阚强,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

中科院半导体所研究员,中国科学院大学岗位教授。2000年获哈尔滨工业大学物理系学士学位,2005年获中国科学院大学微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位,之后在中国科学院半导体研究所从事半导体光电子器件及光电子集成方面研究,入选中科院特聘核心岗位。目前主要研究方向为分布反馈激光器、垂直腔面发射激光器及光子集成芯片。承担过国家自然科学重点基金,科技部纳米专项课题等国家级项目和课题。在Nature NanotechnologyOSAIEEE系列等期刊发表论文70余篇,申请并授权发明专利多项。

主要研究领域方向: 

1.垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)及其光场调控; 

2.光通信及量子精密测量用分布反馈(DFB)激光器;

3. 半导体激光器的光子集成及应用。
