冯鹏,男,博士,研究员,硕士生导师,中国科学院大学岗位教师。
2006年毕业于四川大学物理科学与技术学院微电子系获理学学士学位;2011年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所获工学博士学位;2011年起在中国科学院半导体研究所半导体超晶格国家重点实验室工作。在研及已完成包括国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金、企业委托等项目。

主要从事超高速/高时间分辨/三维 CMOS图像传感器、超低功耗无线温度传感器等数模混合集成电路的研究工作。
