王丽丽

王丽丽,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

2008年毕业于长春师范大学化学系,2014年在吉林大学电子科学与工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业获得博士学位,2015-2020分别在新加坡南洋理工大学和在吉林大学从事科研工作。2021年加入中国科学院半导体研究所半导体超晶格国家重点实验室工作。2017年入选中国科协青年人才托举工程;2018年入选中国科学未来女科学家计划(全国每年5人)。担任Journal of SemiconductorsInfoMatNano ResearchJournal of Physics D: Applied Physics等期刊的青年编委和客座编委。

取得的重要科研成果及所获奖励:

主要聚焦柔性仿生电子器件和集成系统在医疗健康和环境监控领域应用:包括人工听觉、人工视觉、人工嗅觉、人工触觉和人工味觉等研究,并取得了一系列创新性成果。以第一和通讯作者身份在Adv. Mater., Chem. Soc. Rev., Adv. Funct. Mater.ACS Nano等国内外期刊发表论文70余篇。所发表论文SCI引用为5000余次,H-index40。授权发明专利2项。
