郭文涛

郭文涛,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,北京市科技新星。2009年毕业于南昌大学应用物理学专业,获学士学位;2014年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所微电子学与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。20147月至今,在中国科学院半导体研究所工作。

取得的重要科研成果所获奖励

主要从事半导体泵浦激光器和超辐射发光二极管的研究,开展了高功率高稳频974nm半导体激光器和多波段超辐射发光二极管的器件设计、工艺制备和测试技术研究荣获部委科技进步一等奖1项(排名第四)主持高技术项目2项,发表论文10余篇,获得授权专利10余项。
