杨 静

杨静,女,1985年出生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师2019年中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,2020年北京市科技新星计划入选者。

主要学术成果:

1)研究了量子的热退化机制,发现了抑制量子退化的方法。发现了氨气的腐蚀作用发现碳杂质在P-GaN起施主补偿作用氢杂质在p-GaN中起双重作用并提出非对称量子激光器结构

2针对GaN基紫外激光器的特殊性,设计了低Al组分AlGaN限制层紫外激光器结构2021912月分别实现波长366nm357.9nm紫外激光器的室温电注入激射357.9nm紫外激光器是目前国内电注入激射波长最短的GaN基激光器,也是国内第一只、也是唯一的电注入激射AlGaN基激光器。

3)研究大功率紫外激光器技术通过抑制激光器自加热实现室温连续输出功率2W的大功率紫外激光器,激射波长384nm

4发表SCI论文100余篇,其中第一作者发表SCI论文30通讯作者发表10篇。第一发明人授权专利8项。

5主持国家自然科学基金项目3(其中面上2项、青年基金1),承担中国科学院先导专项子课题一项。
